SPA Receptionist

As part of our team, you will look after a discerning membership spanning over 30 countries world-wide.

Contract type: Permanent

Pay: £12 per hour (We are a Real Living Wage Employer)

Hours: 30hr/week

Duties include:

  • Ensure the smooth, professional operation of the reception with in the Spa at all times.
  • Welcome Members and their guests and answer any enquiries observing set standards and with patience
  • Have a complete knowledge of the treatments, services and products offered
  • Schedule reservations of Spa services for Members and their guests and monitor availability of treatments
  • Co-ordinate Members and guests consultation records with the Therapists.
  • Assist with preparations and associated duties to stock ordering and stock take

Skill and experience:

  • Previous reception experience within a high- end establishment is desirable, however not necessary as training will be provided
  • You will have the ability to work under pressure, multi- task and remain calm and professional at all times
  • You will have exceptional interpersonal skills and be computer literate

Other Requirements:

  • A driving license is not essential, however candidates must be able to get to and from the club using their own transport.
  • The right to live and work in the UK is essential.
