Seasonal Night Shift Concierge

Join the team at one of the finest private international clubs in the world. Just half an hour from Glasgow, Loch Lomond Golf Club is often described as one of the most beautiful places on earth, and its members can enjoy golf, luxury accommodation, fine dining, country pursuits and a luxurious spa. As part of our team, you will look after a discerning membership spanning over 30 countries world-wide.

You will be responsible for ensuring all arriving Members and guests receive a warm welcome at the Club. You will ensure you are available throughout your shift to assist Members and guests with their luggage and any other reasonable requests they may have. You will assist with night security of the estate and covering North gate duties.

Contract: Seasonal (April- end October) 40hr/week

Hours: Working 4 nights out of 7 per week, 6.30pm-5am

Pay: £12.35hr

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Meeting and greeting Members and guests on arrival
  • Showing Members and guests to their suites and assisting with their luggage
  • Transporting Members and guest between various on-site locations
  • Maintaining our Club Fleet vehicles, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness
  • Assisting with local off-site staff transport
  • Occasionally assisting with off-site Member/guest transport requests
  • Attend seminars and training courses as and when required

Qualifications, Skills and/or Relevant Experience

  • Customer service experience in the hospitality industry is required but not essential as training will be provided
  • Working within a team environment
  • Role requires ability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • Someone who takes pride in their work and is highly motivated
  • A person who is hard working & conscientious
  • Someone with a keen eye for attention to detail
  • A person who can cope with a demanding workload whilst maintaining extremely high standards

Essential Requirements:

  • A driving license is essential, and candidates must be able to get to and from the club using their own transport.
  • The right to live and work in the UK is essential.
