Night Auditor – Permanent
12 Hour shift pattern (7pm-7am)

About the role:

  • To ensure that the night audit has been run for the day’s business, making sure that all point of sales start on the new business date for the following morning.
  • Compile and balance all point of sale pay-ins including both cash and credit card transactions and collate all paperwork.
  • Balance checkouts against all payment methods; cash, cheque, credit card and member account.
  • To always be available at the reception desk to deal with any eventuality that may arise during the shift.
  • Checkout members/guests as required if departing pre 7am, ensuring all charges have been applied correctly prior to departure.
  • In the absence of the night manager, you will assume responsibility for nightshift concierge ensuring the best interest of the club is always priority and standards/expectations are always achieved.

What we require:

  • Someone with exceptional customer care skills
  • A person with a can do and flexible attitude to their work
  • A confident and outgoing personality
  • Is comfortable using basic word and excel documents
  •  Shows attention to detail and can retain information
  • Preferably have worked nightshift before
  •  Can work on their own initiative, and as part of a team
  •  Must be numerically capable of balancing Point of Sale pay-ins
  • A current UK driving license is essential
