Locker-room Attendant – Seasonal

We are looking for a Locker-room Attendant to assist with the Gentleman and Ladies Locker-room areas at Loch Lomond Golf Club. As part of the Golf Operations Department, the Locker-room Attendant will work closely with Professional Shop Staff, Service Staff, Starters and Caddie Masters to ensure the delivery of exceptional service always.

The Locker-room Attendant is required to ensure that members and guests have all the amenities required when they use the Locker-rooms and must have a friendly and approachable personality. We expect our Locker-room Attendants to lead by example, communicate well with other departments in the business and, predominantly, work as a team.

Duties include:

  • Greeting members and guests in the same polite manner
  • Ensure members and guests have everything they need when they use the Locker-rooms.
  • Clean members’ and guests’ shoes after their round of golf
  • Replenish Locker-room supplies notifying Professional Staff and Housekeeping of any foreseeable shortages.
  • Be proactive in managing the Locker-rooms and reporting any foreseeable issues to the Professional Staff.
  • Work closely with the Food and Beverage department providing any orders from Members and Guests to the Spike Bar Staff

The Person must be:

  • Polite, courteous and friendly to members and guests always
  • Motivated and determined to go above and beyond what is expected.
  • Excellent at organising with an ability to prioritise time-sensitive assignments.
  • Willing to learn who the members are.
  • Creative and flexible – there may be occasions where you are asked to work late.
  • Computer literate – MS Word, Outlook and Tee Time Management Systems – full training will be given on our Tee Time Management System
