Hospitality Support Co-ordinator

We are looking to recruit a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and hard-working individual to join our team as a support co-coordinator.

Someone who will provide a high level of service & support assistance to ground floor operations within Rossdhu House, including Golf Operations, Spikes Bar & Locker Rooms. Acting as a Club host and providing a warm welcome to our Members & Guests.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Flexible role to support departments in order to alleviate pressures on service between Spikes Bar, Golf Operations & Locker room.
  • Dealing with queries from Members and guests in a polite and helpful manner, signposting them to other departments where necessary.
  • Maintain excellent levels of communication with fellow colleagues (Spikes Bar, Chefs, Front of House & Golf Operations).
  • Liaise with North gate on arrivals times in order to inform spikes bar & kitchen staff.
  • Ensuring welcome whisky is always stocked & prepared for house guest arrivals as well as ensuring locker room bar is stocked and stock is replenished when required.
  • To adhere to all rules, regulations, and standards under the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2020
  • Answering 9th tee phone calls, receiving orders and accurately relaying to kitchen. Ensuring all items are delivered to the locker room and 9th tee on time and served as per the 9th tee standard operating procedures.
  • Assist in clearing tables and ensuring cleanliness is always maintained.
  • Have a full understanding of Loch Lomond Golf Club (History, opening times, policies, rules) and the local area.
  • Ensure that member feedback (positive or constructive) is handled in a professional and timely manner.

The Person:

  • Someone with exceptional customer care skills
  • Experience working in a hospitality role
  • A person with a “can do” and flexible attitude to their work.
  • Good organisational skills and be able to multitask and priorities your workload whilst always maintaining professionalism and courtesy with members, guests, visitors, and staff.
  • Someone with a polite and confident telephone manner with the ability to anticipate members and guests needs.
  • Being confident and competent using POS system
  • Shows attention to detail and can retain information.
  • A confident and outgoing personality.
  • Can work on their own initiative and as part of a team.
  • A current UK driving license is essential.
  • The right to work in the UK is essential
