As part of our team, you will look after a discerning membership spanning over 30 countries world-wide.
We are currently looking to recruit staff to join our Food and Beverage Team in our Spikes Bar & Restaurant. Spikes Bar is considered the heart of the Club offering a gastro pub fayre and a relaxed atmosphere for our members throughout their stay.
Hours: 40 per week, Permanent

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor at Loch Lomond Golf Club you will:
- Manage all aspects of service delivery for the restaurant including service in the room, Locker room and accommodation areas.
- Work closely with F&B Manager and liaise efficiently and effectively with other departments to ensure consistency of service to Members.
- Organise and deliver the induction and Red Stag training of staff within the department, ensuring that all staff have the skills to undertake their work safely and accurately
- Undertake regular performance reviews of staff within your department
- Continually review Member and guest feedback and plan and implement corrective action to ensure that exceptional service is consistently delivered
- Take responsibility for the rostering of staff, ensuring staff wage budgets and payroll to sales percentages are maintained.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety as well as all requirements of the license and licensing law at all time.
The person we are looking for has:
- Significant work experience in the hospitality industry with previous experience at supervisory level
- A strong working knowledge of food and beverage service
- Computer literacy with the ability to use Club management software
- Strong leadership skills
- Decisive and critical thinker
- The right to live & work in the UK.
- A driver’s license due to the Clubs rural location.
