We are currently looking to recruit staff to join our Food and Beverage Team in our Spikes Bar & Restaurant. Spikes Bar is considered the heart of the Club offering a gastro pub fayre and a relaxed atmosphere for our members throughout their stay.
| Salary | £10.91 |
| Hours per week | 40 |
| Shift Pattern | 5 days over 7 – rota will be done up to 2 weeks in advance |
| Essential Requirements | A driving license is essential, and candidates must be able to get to and from the club using their own transport. The right to live and work in the UK is essential. |
Duties include:
- Creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere each of our members
- Ensuring the high standards of service are met at all times
- Engaging with Members & guests at all times
- Being flexible to the members & guests needs.
- Caring out day to day duties
- Effective communication with management and colleagues.
The Person:
- Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Someone with exceptional customer care skills
- A person with a “can do” and flexible attitude to their work
- Has a confident and outgoing personality
- Has good attention to detail
- Can work on their own initiative, and as part of a team
