| Salary | £10.91 |
| Hours per week | Mostly evenings, start times from 3pm / 6pm until 11pm approx. depending on business levels. |
| Shifts | Vary from 3 / 4 / 5 shifts per week and can be accommodated around the successful candidate. |
| Essential Requirements | A driving license is essential, and candidates must be able to get to and from the club using their own transport. The right to live and work in the UK is essential. |
Duties include:
- Have previous experience of providing a high level of service and standards consistent with expected standards within a Fine Dining environment.
- Meet and greet members in a prompt, polite and courteous manner.
- Experience and competent in taking food and drinks orders
- Able to effectively manage your time and be flexible with the number of hours worked dependant on the needs of the business.
- Be able to work under pressure and multitask if required
- Comfortable liaising with Supervisors regarding any situations that may require their involvement.
- Consistently display high standards of cleanliness.
- Be available to attend regular training and development sessions set out by line management
- To adhere to all rules, regulations and standards under the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2020
- Due to the nature of our business be flexible to occasion where you will be asked to work outside your designated food & beverage department.
