Chef de Partie

We are currently recruiting for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and hard-working Chef de Partie to join our Food & Beverage Team. Candidates should display a high-level skill set and it is imperative they are flexible and able to work a variety of shifts to suit our business needs.

Loch Lomond provides a wide variety of food services within its F&B Department and your role will require you to fulfil duties dependent on the business levels, shift patterns and experience. You will assist in the running of a particular section within the kitchen.

This is a full-time position with 5 shifts over 7 (Monday to Sunday) with the added benefit of one  weekend a month given as rest days.

Desired skills and experience:

  • You must be passionate about providing exceptional food at all times with a great eye for detail and a willingness to learn.
  • You must have relevant experience in a hotel or restaurant environment where the emphasis was on top quality fresh produce
  • You will be ambitious and hard-working.
  • The ideal candidate will have a full knowledge and understanding of Health & Safety and COSHH and be qualified to at least NVQ level 2 in professional cookery.
  • You will be asked to work as part of a team as well as being able to take your own initiative and work individually.
