Breakfast Chef

We are currently recruiting for a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and hard-working Breakfast Chef to join our Food & Beverage Team. Full-time, 5 days over 7 (Monday to Sunday)

As part of our team, you will look after a discerning membership spanning over 30 countries world-wide.

We are currently recruiting for a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and hard-working Breakfast Chef to join our Food & Beverage Team. Candidates should display the necessary skills to enable them to work on an individual basis covering both an A la carte and buffet breakfast service within a very busy club house operation.  Candidates should display a high integrity of skill set and knowledge to suit our business demands.  You will be asked to work as part of a team as well as being able to take your own initiative and work individually. This is a very demanding role, and we are looking for someone who has a great eye for detail and who takes pride in their work.

This is a full-time position with 5 shifts over 7 (Monday to Sunday)

Salary – £27,500

Desired skills and experience:

  • You must be passionate about providing exceptional food at all times with a great eye for detail and a willingness to learn.
  • You must have relevant experience in a hotel or restaurant environment where the emphasis was on top quality fresh produce
  • You will be ambitious and hard-working.
  • The ideal candidate will have a full knowledge and understanding of Health & Safety and COSHH and be qualified to at least NVQ level 2 in professional cookery.
  • You will be asked to work as part of a team as well as being able to take your own initiative and work individually.
  • You must be eligible to live and work in the UK without restrictions.
