Working in the Food & Beverage department offers an opportunity to be involved in fine dining, casual dining and events including weddings and other celebrations.
The Spikes Bar & Restaurant operates 7 days a week and offers everything from a hearty breakfast, light lunch snacks to traditional Scottish dishes which satisfy any appetite. Two further restaurants located on the second floor of Rossdhu House offer formal dining from an A la Carte menu which changes monthly to a traditional European grill house in a restaurant name after our course designer Tom Weiskopf. Our friendly team also service the 9th tee and the locker room, as well as hosting BBQ’s and private dining events at our lodge accommodations.
As a member of our hospitality service team, you will gain vital experience and training on a variety of food and beverage skills in a bespoke 5-star environment.
Included in our team are our hospitality interns, who undertake a 20-month program aimed at providing them with the necessary supervisory and managerial skills to progress on to a food and beverage management position.
