The kitchen brigade is made up of chefs at various levels, with a wealth of experience derived from working in some of the most luxurious hotels and award-winning restaurants Scotland has to offer.

We have four kitchens within the grounds of Loch Lomond Golf Club. The Spikes Bar kitchen operates from 7 days a week and offers everything from a hearty breakfast, light lunch snacks to traditional Scottish dishes which satisfy any appetite. This kitchen also offers the bespoke 9th tee service for which the Club is famous. A second kitchen located in Rossdhu House services a further two restaurants located on the second floor offering formal dining, from an A la Carte menu which changes monthly to a traditional European grill house in a restaurant name after our course designer Tom Weiskopf. In 2019 we opened our kitchen retreat within the Spa in the walled garden, offering a relaxed dining experience that caters to more healthy snacks and brunch items. And finally, we service the staff canteen, providing delicious meals to our hard-working staff.

Our experienced chefs are instrumental in training and mentoring our apprentice chefs as well as leading our team of hard-working kitchen porters.
