We are currently recruiting for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and hard working individual to join our Reception Team. You will be asked to work as part of a team as well as being able to take your own initiative and work individually.  We will require an individual with great customer service skills, organisational skills and flexibility.

Your role will require you to ensure the maintenance of the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all aspects of the operation. Our Spa is open from 7am until 8pm and is covered by 8 hour shifts consisting of early, middle and late shifts.

Your Role: 

• Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the Spa in particular the changing rooms, toilets, and showers plus relax areas and juice bar. These should be kept in a neat, tidy and sanitary manner in accordance with the Spa Manager and Health and Safety Standards.
• Assist in the day-to-day running of the Spa.
• Ensure lockers are stocked with clean linen at all times and remove used linen from changing rooms and relaxation area.
• Assist guests and other members of staff at all times.
• Guide guests to changing rooms, as well as pointing out the location of heat experiences and relaxation areas and explaining their use.

Requirements, Qualifications and Experience

• Able to work under pressure, multi task and remain calm and professional at all times
• Have a flexible attitude
• Willing to undertake support office duties as required.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
