As an exclusive private members club, Loch Lomond Golf Club strives to provide excellence to it’s Members and guests.

We are looking to recruit a highly motivated, enthusiastic and hard-working individual to join our Front of House team.   We require confident employees with outgoing and friendly personalities who are willing to go over and above the expectations of our Members to provide first class service.

You will be expected to work in a high paced environment as part of a team as well as being able to use your own initiative and work as an individual.   We require candidates with exceptional customer service and organisational skills who are flexible.   It is essential the individual has the ability to work under pressure during the busy season and be able to demonstrate excellent time keeping and attendance.

Your role will require you to provide a warm, friendly, efficient and professional point of contact for all members, guests and external queries, ensuring they are accurately and efficiently handled.


  • To ensure the smooth, professional operation of the switchboard within Loch Lomond Golf Club at all times, including handling incoming, outgoing and internal telephone calls in a polite, efficient and professional manner
  • To assist receptionist at the front desk during busy times and on occasion covering reception shifts where necessary.
  • Assist with any administrative duties for Front of House and other departments when necessary.
  • To provide a warm, friendly welcome to all members, guests and visitors ensuring that the highest standards of customer care are delivered at all times.
  • To maintain excellent levels of communication between the Front of House team and all other departments within Loch Lomond Golf Club.
  • To strive to anticipate member’s needs wherever possible and to continually enhance the level of service provided
  • To handle and process all incoming/outgoing and internal telephone calls in a polite, efficient and professional manner


  • You must have at least 1 year’s experience in a customer facing role, where dealing with the public was part of your day to day duties.  Previous experience in a telephonist/reception role would be advantageous.
  • You must be able demonstrate your commitment to providing excellent customer care.
  • You must be able to drive and have the means of getting to and from Loch Lomond Golf Club without using public transport due to our rural location
  • You must provide evidence that you are computer literate and are competent when using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and the Internet
  • You will have a polite and confident telephone manner with the ability to anticipate members and guests needs and a ‘can do’ attitude that makes things happen.
