Working within the Golf Operations department, you will be required to work well as a team and on your own.  This is a physical role which involves manual handling.  You will report directly to the PGA Professional responsible for retail.

Duties include:

*       Responsibility for the presentation and cleanliness of Professional Shop and store                                  areas always

*       Creating attractive visual displays in the Professional Shop

*       Ensuring 5+ star customer service to Members and Guests

*       Responsible for organising and implementing quarterly inventory counts completing all                         relevant preparation and follow up tasks

*       Creating PO’s, Goods Receiving and SKU Creation

*       Product Knowledge

*       Daily spot checks and record-keeping

*       Working in the Professional Shop assisting the team

*       Dealing with ad-hoc requests from Members and Guests
