Reporting directly to the Head Chef, the chef de partie’s role is an integral part within our busy kitchen. If you're prepared to go the extra mile in your pursuit of quality, this role will be just to your taste. Preparing a wide range of interesting dishes will give you the perfect opportunity to capitalize on your culinary expertise and organizational flair, whilst an enthusiastic team of junior chefs will benefit from your ability to pass on your expertise.
You will be passionate about providing fantastic food at all times and possess a real attention to detail. You must have relevant experience in a hotel or restaurant environment where the emphasis was on good fresh produce sourced locally and 2 years’ experience at Chef de Partie. You will be ambitious, a good team player with a positive attitude, good working practices, smart, reliable, good timekeeping and flexible with hours of work.
The ideal candidate will have a full knowledge and understanding of Health & Safety, qualified to at least SVQ level 1 and hold a basic food hygiene certificate.
