A member of staff at Loch Lomond for 9 years
My first position at Loch Lomond was as the head waitress in the Fine Dining department. After that I left for a year, but came back to take the position of Fine Dining Manager three years ago.
My biggest challenge so far was taking charge of the service structure at Colin Montgomerie’s wedding in April 2008. I managed the front of house service staff, as well as the external companies and suppliers involved. It was a busy day, but lots of fun too!
My husband Darren is the head chef here, and between us we run the Fine Dining department. While we’re from down south, Scotland is a big part of our lives. We have got married during our time at Loch Lomond, it’s such a big part of our lives.
