When I started at Loch Lomond it was as a financial accountant, and I progressed from there. I’m responsible for the day-to-day running of the finance department. Working here will give you a large scope working with finance. You have to live through the year, dealing with all areas of the business, where as at an accountancy firm you only produce the year end reports.
There are very good perks for golfers here. Unless you’re a member or a guest of a member [playing golf at Loch Lomond] just doesn’t happen. But staff are entitled to a round of golf on the course each month, and can also take family and friends to play at sister course Dundonald Links for reduced rates. Working at Loch Lomond will definitely improve your game!
