"My first year at LLGC as a graduate management trainee was hugely rewarding and hard work but great fun. I quickly realised I had a passion for the Fine Dining and Events department and so I decided to apply for the position of Head Waiter. I was successful and joined the Food & Beverage management team in February this year. The GMT program provided me with a springboard into an otherwise out of reach career in such a short space of time. The future for me at LLGC is about growing my knowledge of the industry particularly my wine knowledge and fine tuning my skills."
