  • Will I be expected to pay for my accommodation?

    In the case of both on-site and off-site accommodation, you will be expected to pay for this.
  • Do you provide transport to the Club?

    We do not provide daily transport to the Club although we can assist with car sharing and local transport information.
  • What is the recruitment process, do I need to attend an interview if I don’t live locally?

    The recruitment process will begin with the submission of a CV on our website. If the candidate is suitable, they will be invited for an open day interview and assessment. Successful candidates will then be invited to a second interview, where they will meet with the department manager, complete an interview and may be asked to demonstrate specific skills required for the position. Candidates applying within the UK will be expected to attend the interviews on site. Candidates applying from outwith the UK may be invited to complete a telephone interview and assessment.
  • How long will my probation period be?

    Your probation period is 3 months. Satisfactory completion of induction, training, satisfactory attendance and adherence company requests and job role performance will be measured during this period via a 6 and 10 week review with your line manager.
  • Will I receive an induction and training for my job?

    Every new employee will receive a full induction and training package relating to their assigned department.
